"BANANA BLACK" is an upcycled product series born from the combination of "Mottainai Banana Charcoal" developed by Dole Co., Ltd. and FOOD STONE's material development technology.
In the banana-producing areas of the Philippines, fruits that are discarded as not meeting the standards are carbonized, and the charcoal is reconstituted to create a stone-like material.
The white marble pattern that emerges from the jet black is a natural texture created by natural ash. The beauty of black and the story of "recycling" are contained in the scent and daily actions.
