Three Stories and Natural Gradations, Chosen by Material

We have achieved three beautiful color variations using only the natural hues inherent in the materials, without any chemical dyes. This product allows you not only to choose "a favorite color" but also to choose "which coffee process's issue (food loss) you want to focus on." It's a product that can spark conversations about the future of coffee.

• Grounds / Dark Brown
  Made from "coffee grounds" after deep roasting and brewing. It's an organic dark brown with depth and calm.
• Defect / Raw Green
  Made from "defective beans (green beans)" that were removed one by one during pre-roast sorting (hand-picking) and discarded without becoming coffee, as they impair the flavor. It's an exquisite green that evokes the fresh vibrancy and mysterious elegance inherent in green beans.
• Chaff / Light Beige
  Made from the thin skin of coffee beans (silver skin) that peels off due to heat during roasting. It's a gentle light beige that utilizes the light and natural texture unique to chaff.
